A bit about us..
First opening in 2001, Sunny Hill Café is a small independent family run café located in a scenic park in Hendon, North West London.
For 18 Years we have been serving a fusion of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine enjoyed by many from all over the world.
You can find on the menu delicious, fresh dishes all made in-house by professional chefs served by friendly staff in a homely, cosy, hand built log cabin to escape the daily hustle and bustle in London.
If you wish to enjoy the scenery and fresh air, we provide outdoor seating for a special alfresco experience.
Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, meat eater or have certain dietary requirements, we have dishes to suit the likes of everyone, even if you like just a good coffee and baked pastry.
Open 7 days a week all year round we serve breakfast, brunch and lunch. Good food and friendly service is our pride and joy. Come and experience it with us!

Originating from the Middle East and North Africa, Shakshuka is our signature dish since Introducing it to London back in 2001.
18 years later, Our love for Shakshuka is still growing strong. We are very proud that often, it is claimed that Sunny Hill Cafe serves the best Shakshuka in London.
We were voted "The Best Restaurant For Shakshuka Outside Israel" by 'The Restaurant Club' which has over 20,000 members.
What is Shakshuka?
It is a traditional dish of eggs slowly poached in our house made roast pepper and tomato sauce, cooked and served in a pan with a side mixed salad and Pita bread. We also offer you the option to add delicious toppings to make it your own Shakshuka just the way you like it!
When Can I eat it?
We serve Shakshuka fresh every day, all day . It is mostly eaten for breakfast, brunch and lunch! We offer it all day during our opening times. Rumour has it some people have Shakshuka for dinner...it works for anybody at any time :)
